Why BALL

A story people can enter.
A next step they can take.

The advantage over a generic chatbot is the combination: a specific cultural origin, a recognizable character and a useful job. Select a stage to explore the journey.

The story of the physical Game 5 ball is the origin. BALL is the distinct AI character it inspired; a deployment does not include the artifact itself.

The licensing opportunity

One character.
A clearly defined experience.

Explore a license for the BALL character and configured AI experience, with agreed project materials, deployment scope and approvals.

Is this the original ball?

The original is the physical game-used artifact preserved by Scottie Pippen. BALL is the project’s AI character inspired by it. Its own GAME 5 BALL artwork identifies the interactive experience; it does not alter the original or its historical markings.

What could our license include?

The written scope can include the BALL character, specified creative materials, configured knowledge and behavior, agreed screens or locations, support and measurement. Start with one audience, one environment and one useful customer job.

What is agreed separately?

Physical-artifact display, personal appearances, third-party materials, exclusivity, additional territories and system integrations require separate review and agreement. Foundation authorization does not itself establish permission from a league, team, manufacturer, platform or unrelated individual.

Does the license include Scottie or Tyrese?

Human talent rights are separate. The authorized voice of BALL does not grant unrestricted Tyrese Gibson voice rights, imitation rights, endorsements or personal participation. Any participation by NBA legend Scottie Pippen or Tyrese Gibson requires a separate written agreement and availability.

Is a digital asset purchase required?

No digital asset is required. Enterprise licensing is a separate commercial agreement. No purchase or holding of a digital asset grants the physical artifact, character license, intellectual-property rights, equity or revenue participation.

Before launch

Your standards.
An agreed operating plan.

Review data handling, retention, approved claims, escalation, support and access requirements together. Any certification, integration or service commitment must be confirmed for the specific deployment.

We cost the work before proposing a fee. Your written scope names the approved use, assets, term and territory, and separates the pilot from the ongoing relationship.

01Pilot
Configuration, specified character rights, approved knowledge, one surface, testing, launch support and agreed reporting. Timing starts after scope, materials and access are approved.
02Continuing license & support
A separately priced term covering licensed use, hosting, maintenance and an agreed support schedule. Conversation or voice-minute allowances, concurrent use and any overage rates are written into the scope.
03Expansion
Additional locations, languages, content work, integrations, devices and talent are priced separately. Any expansion requires written approval.

The next step is a fit conversation, then a written scope with fees, usage limits and payment milestones. Work begins after signature and the agreed deposit. No automatic expansion or unlimited usage.
